Nora Vogt

Licensed Massage Therapist
They/Them/Theirs

Nora has been practicing massage for about 5 years. They first started taking massage classes because they wanted to build skills in offering care and support to their communities in navigating trauma, chronic pain, and chronic health issues. They see bodywork as part of the community care work that is important for building resilience in this world. One of the most exciting things to them is getting to witness how people who regularly receive massage often develop the attitude that their bodies, and then by extension, their whole selves, are worth caring for and taking care of. They feel humbled to be a part of this. In addition to Swedish/deep tissue, some specialities are: Myofascial release, Craniosacral therapy, Oncology massage, massage for trauma, complex/chronic health conditions, and orthopedic massage for injury care. They also have a lot of experience in working with different types of disabilities.

Nora is available on Tuesdays and some Sundays.
